Behind the Scenes: NYU (New York University in Abu Dhabi)

The Canadian Business Council of Abu Dhabi along with BENELUX Business Council invites you for a morning tour through the New York University Abu Dhabi, which is a research university with a fully integrated liberal arts and science college, located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Together with New York University in New York City and New York University Shanghai, the portal campus is part of NYU’s Global Network University.

Timing:

8.15 – 8.30: Arrival + breakfast
8.30 – 9.30: Presentation (Building 6, Room 001A)

• We will discuss how the University started its story and it’s 3 tiered existence: undergraduate and graduate programs, research institution, and public facing sphere through the Arts Center/Gallery. Finally, we’ll highlight accomplishments while on campus and career prospects and graduate scholarships after graduation.

9.30 – 10.45: Tour around the campus and facilities: we will visit:

• Experimental Research Building, Engineering design studio, StartAD, Arts center, Campus Center
