The webinar will discuss whether the COVID-19 pandemic would be considered a force majeure event under UAE law and what the consequences would be for contracts entered into by organisations, as well as some of the measures businesses can take to protect themselves contractually given the circumstances.

Ziad Salloum, Partner with Salloum & Partners LLC. Since joining Salloum & Partners LLC in 2006, Ziad has provided specialist support to UAE and foreign government entities, top multinational and local companies, educational institutions, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and leading business-owning families.
