The Canadian Business Council (CBC) Abu Dhabi is organizing a Communities of Interest (COI): Aerospace, Defense and Security (ADS) Roundtable Meeting.

This exclusive event is a gathering of CBC Abu Dhabi members and invited guests from the Aerospace, Defense and Security sector to discuss pressing issues and how to collaborate and work together for mutual benefits.

• Time: 11:30am - 2:30pm with lunch and coffee breaks
• Venue: Majlis, Anantara Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi Hotel

Agenda:

1. Welcome and introductions
2. Summary/Refresher on the mandate and objectives of the ADS COI
3. Embassy update
4. Ministry of Defense / Tawazun / JCM organisation change roundtable
5. General Roundtable discussion of the attendees (including overview of their own companies’ plans for Expo/IDEX and pain points).
6. Summary of action items arising from points 1. to 5. above.

Registration:

• CBC members and invited guests: AED 250 net per person

• Registration fee includes refreshments and lunch with house beverages at Ingredients Restaurant.

• Please note that PCR test negative result (with 48-hour validity prior to the meeting) is required to attend the meeting.
